Let's get it started, in he-e-ere...
F-U-T-U-R-E
People going to find cures of most diseases, grow organs and implant mechanical body parts. But the diseases such as a virtual dependency, depression, obesity will be developed.
Despite the fact that travel and communicate with people around the world gets easier every day people may become more unsociable and introverted.
People will create flying cars and hover-houses. The cities will grow in height more than in width.

I believe you have a point about people growing inner organs and developing new implants. There have already been printed a 3-d heart with its tissue copied from a spinach leaf. We will definitely have a breakthrough in surgery and medicine in general.
